Bhaskaran Nagarajan

A dynamic Supply Chain & IT Professional with 30+ years of Operations, Consulting & Training experience in Process & Project management. He has rich professional experience in Supply Chain & IT domain by virtue of working with MNCs like Castrol India, JDA Software and associated with Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Steel, Unltra Tech, Castrol, BP, Shell, Tata Motors, Michilen Tyres, Botree International, Bajaj Electricals and few Logistics organizations for large project management, training & Implementation strategies.

In his capacity, he has managed large Teams of Technical, Functional & Operations Team and designed & delivered successful solutions for Lean Replenishment Techniques for companies like Castrol, Mahindra & Mahindra. He has been trained on S&OP processes and implementation methodologies by Oliver White and led the Demand Management Processes and well versed with supply chain processes like Master Planning, Demand Planning, Network Optimization, Production Planning & Control, Inventory Management, Logistics Warehouse Management & IT solutions. He is a Master Trainer and trained large numbers of Trainers for implementing Lean Solutions & Supply Chain Strategies.

Bhaskaran is the Principal Consultant, he strategizes supply chain & IT solutions for Indian & International clientele and help them in implementation and manage their training needs.

Shashank Kotwal

Shashank Kotwal

Shashank is a Production Engineer from Mumbai University and did his MBA in Manufacturing Management from SPJIMR. He has a rich experience of 23 years in engineering industry spanning Mahindra & Mahindra, Crompton Greaves, and Mukand Ltd. In these companies he has worked in variety of businesses covering functions like Technology & Product Development, Operations, Quality Assurance, Business Excellence, Strategy, and Business Development.
Shashank started his career with Mukand in Kalwa Steel Plant – Wire-rod Mill. He later joined Crompton Greaves – Transformers Division as Technology Executive. In Crompton, while working on production and materials concerns, he got opportunities to work on Business Process Re-engineering and other change management initiatives. He headed the Design function of the Amorphous Core Transformer project and received training from GE-USA.

Shashank joined Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) in Corporate Quality Office. There he worked on promoting the use of Quality & Reliability Engineering techniques in various product development projects. He got an opportunity to work on the Shadow Board of M&M, where he proposed the use of Business Excellence framework for assessing the performance of the Group companies. He was also an assessor for assessing Tata Power (2005) and BPCL (2006) for the CII-Exim Bank Award.

After working in Corporate Quality for seven years, he joined the Strategy team in the ‘Office of Strategy Management (OSM)’. In OSM he worked on rolling out various Group initiatives like Mahindra Quality Way, Net Promoter Score and Mahindra 11 Strategy framework. He also supported the business development efforts of the newly formed Systech (Auto-components) Sector. After 3 year stint in OSM, he joined the genset business of M&M – Mahindra Powerol. He headed the Business Planning and Development function of Powerol. He rolled out the Channel Development and CRM initiatives of Powerol. He was instrumental in tie-up of higher hp engine source from Europe. He was the core team member that worked on Deming Prize Exam. Mahindra Powerol went on to win the Deming prize in 2014. Shashank also worked with IIM-Bangalore to prepare a case on the growth story of the Powerol Business. He then moved to Mahindra Marine where he headed the operations at the Boat building yard.

Rajesh Phatale

A Business Management and Computer Science graduate, Rajesh has over 15 years of work experience. He started his career with Kirloskar Consultants. He later moved to the Gulf and worked for a reputed brand of computer peripherals in Sales and Marketing. After returning he has worked with many reputed Consulting and Training organizations and had the opportunity to work on assignments for companies from various sectors – Automobile, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Retail, Telecom, Pharmaceuticals, IT etc. Rajesh has handled a sizeable distribution business of computer hardware and peripherals.

Rajesh has successfully delivered a series of programs on Sales Capability Building, Sales and Service Excellence, Supply Chain Management, LEAN Inventory systems Customer Service, Effective Selling Skills, Key Accounts Management, Negotiation skills , First time Manager, for many companies pan India. He has conducted workshops for Mahindra Trucks and Buses, Kirloskar Oil Engines, Michelin Tyres, Maruti Suzuki. Monsanto, Tata Motors etc. Rajesh was also involved in various other soft skills training assignments and Sales force Motivational programs, Sales Tools design, implementation of e-learning Programs & making of training films. Rajesh is the Project Manager and Principal Consultant at BlueChip.

Deependra Chumble

Deependra is a Management Consultant working with a wide variety of clients across
the industries.

Deependra brings with him a vast leadership and multi-cultural experience of three decades in Human Resources function with in-depth industry knowledge of Hotels, Banking, IT and ITES. In his career with different multinational and transnational companies, he has worked in different capacities and geographies in India and abroad handling complex and sensitive people issues.

He has handled HR for large companies with total work force of over 20,000 employees and also from almost zero employees in the start-ups. Organization team building & restructuring, HR Processes and Systems, Change Management, Aligning HR to Business, Culture building, Conflict resolution and HR metrics are some of his strength areas, as he has been part of the senior management now for over 27 years. He has handled tough union negotitions on one hand and on the other, has been part of the Board meetings on strategic inputs. Deependra has managed large HR teams of over 200 HR professionals spread over multi-continent locations and has transformed HR function as an equal business partner to be part of all business decision making process.

In the past he has worked with companies like Indian Hotels (Taj Group), ANZ Grindlays, HSBC, eFunds, IT 20, Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan and Hexaware Technologies and L&T Infotech.

Dhanashri is a Principal Consultant and Trainer in the field of International Business, with an experience of over 25 years. She commenced her career with Formica India, a company belonging to The Bombay Dyeing Group. During her tenure of 17 years with Formica, she managed overseas marketing and research, business development and client servicing, which ensured end-to-end fulfillment and continuity of orders. She was also responsible for efficient and smooth functioning of the Export Department.

She has travelled extensively to international markets, conducted market research, designed and implemented strategies for market penetration based on demand, supply, competition, customs and legal requirements, etc. She has co-authored a book “Customer Value Management in Retail” prescribed for the BBA course conducted by JNU.

Dhanashri has been a visiting faculty for various subjects of International Trade at PUMBA, Kirloskar Institute of Advance Management Studies (KIAMS), Bharati Vidyapeeth, Amity University, and many other reputed educational institutions, for undergraduate and post graduate courses. Dhanashri has conducted training workshops with reputed associations such as Automotive Components Manufacturing Association (ACMA) and Mahratta Chamber Of Commerce Industries & Agriculture (MCCIA), and corporates like Serum Institute, Emcure Pharmaceuticals, WNS and many more.

She has successfully worked on consulting assignments with small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the areas of International Market Research and Business Development, Export Management, Export pricing, Price and commercial negotiations, Pre – and post- shipment documentation, Logistics, Clearing and forwarding, EXIM policy and licensing formalities, Legal Compliance, etc.

Dhanashri is currently a Managing Committee member of The Royal Connaught Boat Club, Pune, a 147 year old premier institution.

Dr. Sonali Dabholkar

Dr. Sonali Dabholkar graduated from Govt. Dental College, University of Bombay, and has been awarded a fellowship of International College of Dentists (USA). Dr. Sonali has over 20 years of work experience and has her own dental practice. She is a consultant dental surgeon at SPACE (Institute for Rehabilitation of Adult Spastics), Lifeline Hospital and AIMS Hospital (Pune).

Dr. Sonali has presented papers at various conferences and conducted lectures and workshops in many institutes. She has implemented CSR activities related to oral health for the Kirloskar group of companies, and has partnered with Colgate for conducting programs to promote oral health awareness. Dr. Sonali is the Principal Consultant for the Health and Wellness practice and offers her expertise by conducting training in Oral Health and Wellness.

She regularly contributes information and awareness on oral and general health on social media.
